Fulfillment Policy

1. Service Delivery

1.1. Mercero provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions with immediate access upon successful subscription activation.

1.2. Access to Mercero's services will be granted following the completion of the registration process and receipt of initial payment.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1. Subscriptions are offered on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual) as selected during signup.

2.2. Service access remains active throughout the paid subscription period.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting Mercero's customer support.

3.2. Upon cancellation:

  • Service access will continue until the end of the current billing period

  • No additional charges will be applied after cancellation

  • Account data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation

3.3. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to prevent automatic renewal.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. As a general policy, Mercero does not provide automatic refunds for subscription payments.

4.2. Refund requests will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and must be approved by Mercero management.

4.3. Circumstances that may warrant a refund review include:

  • Technical issues preventing service access for extended periods

  • Billing errors

  • Service discontinuation by Mercero

4.4. To request a refund:

  • Submit a detailed explanation to info@mercero.com

  • Include relevant account information and documentation

  • Allow up to 5 business days for review

5. Service Modifications

5.1. Mercero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services with appropriate notice to customers.

5.2. Material changes to service offerings will be communicated to customers at least 30 days in advance.
